THR Outpatient Mental Health is certified by the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene to provide three (3) levels of Outpatient Substance Abuse services:

• Early Intervention
• Outpatient Services
• Intensive Outpatient Services

THR's Substance Abuse Program is combined with a the Mental Health Program, to provide wraparound outpatient services to dual diagnosed patients. The focus of this combined effort is to deliver a hope-filled, culturally sensitive, humanized service that encourages patients to participate in and complete their treatment.

THR's bilingual (English/Spanish) therapists & psychiatrists utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and (when needed) Medication Management to treat adolescents, adults, and their families.
