THR Outpatient Mental Health was formed in 2003 to provide support & assistance for clients needing assistance adjusting to their social, cultural & familial environments.

To serve all in need, THR accepts uninsured patients on a sliding scale fee basis, providing the following services:

• Diagnostic Psychiatric Assessments
• Psychotherapy (individual & group)
• Medication Management
• Crisis Intervention (24 hours)
• Family Counseling
• Parenting Skills (group)
• Parenting Support (group)
• Continuity of Care (affiliated provider referral network)
